Accordingly, during this time, some tax application systems will temporarily stop operating to serve the conversion work.

Specifically, for electronic invoice applications, it will be suspended for 4 hours from 0:00 to 4:00 on May 24 and from 0:00 to 4:00 on June 14.

For electronic tax service applications and transmission lines, they will be suspended for 48 hours from 6:00 p.m. on May 23 to 4:00 p.m. on May 25 and from 6:00 p.m. on June 13 to 4:00 p.m. on June 15.

Regarding the time the Tax Department's application system will resume operation on the main data center, for the electricity bill application it will be from 4:00 a.m. on June 14; for the electronic tax service application and the transmission axis it will be from 4:00 p.m. on June 15.

During the suspension period, the Tax Department requires taxpayers to temporarily stop using applications and services such as electronic invoices, electronic tax services, tax declaration services on the tax industry's electronic information portal... External units and organizations temporarily stop transmitting and exchanging information with the Tax Department, including a number of ministries, branches, administrative units...

At the same time, to ensure the system disconnection is synchronized, safe and effective, the Tax Department requests that units coordinate implementation, proactively contact the Tax Department's information focal point; compare and check the transmission and reception services, and exchange information with the Tax Department before and after the system conversion.
