On the afternoon of September 30, Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department, said that as of September 29, the remaining backlog of land records that the tax authority is continuing to calculate financial obligations for is 3,950 records.

Thus, since September 21, the time when the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee approved the tax authority to apply the current land price list to calculate financial obligations for 15,800 real estate records pending since August 1, the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department has so far resolved 14,300 records, reaching 90.5%.

"After resolving all the pending files, the tax authority will continue to resolve newly arising land files within the prescribed time limit," said Mr. Dung.

Previously, based on the recommendations of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Department of Justice, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee agreed on the policy of developing a new land price list, expected to be issued before October 15.
