On the morning of October 9, in Nha Trang City, the Department of Employment, Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) held a training conference to implement Decree No. 70 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 152 of the Government regulating foreign workers working in Vietnam and recruiting and managing Vietnamese workers working for foreign organizations and individuals in Vietnam. Mr. Vu Trong Binh - Director of the Department of Employment and representatives of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of 18 provinces and cities in the Central and Central Highlands regions attended.

At the conference, delegates were informed and disseminated about the provisions of Decree No. 70, which will take effect from September 18, 2023.
