According to the council's report, Cam Thinh Dong Industrial Park has an area of 40 hectares; of which the land for the production factory is 26.55 hectares (accounting for 66.38%), the remaining area is for the operator's house, technical area, trees and traffic. Cam Thinh Dong Industrial Park, when built, will be the driving force for industrial development of Cam Ranh City, attracting a large amount of investment capital for industrial development, contributing to promoting the process of urbanization, industrialization, modernization, contributing to attracting highly skilled labor, converting agriculture to non-agriculture, increasing the proportion of non-agricultural economy . At the same time, it will partly solve the problem of new investment needs, investment or relocation of industrial production facilities scattered in the city; control waste, treat waste, and production wastewater, thereby contributing to ensuring the living environment for urban residents. The CCN coming into operation will attract secondary investors in the fields of high-tech industry and environmentally friendly industry.
After voting to evaluate and select investors according to the scale, Mr. Le Huu Hoang requested the unit applying to be the investor to build the technical infrastructure of Cam Thinh Dong Industrial Park to add a written commitment to ensure the progress of implementation if selected. At the same time, assign the People's Committee of Cam Ranh City to meet to discuss and evaluate specific issues and report in writing to the Provincial People's Committee; assign the Department of Industry and Trade to work with departments, branches and localities to explain some unclear points and have a report and proposal to send to the Provincial People's Committee before June 23. After synthesizing the opinions, the Provincial People's Committee will consider and ask for the opinion of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on selecting the investor to build the technical infrastructure of Cam Thinh Dong Industrial Park.
