On September 17, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hiep Thanh commune successfully organized the 1st Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front Delegates of Hiep Thanh commune, term 2025-2030.

In particular, the organization of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" with the focus on building typical residential areas and model residential areas is outstanding.

By the end of 2024, the whole commune will have 17/18 residential areas achieving the title of Typical Residential Area, reaching a rate of 94.4% and 14/18 residential areas achieving the title of Model Residential Area, reaching a rate of 77.8%.

The campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", the emulation movement "Solidarity, creativity, improving productivity, quality, efficiency, international integration"; the movement "Repaying gratitude" and activities to care for and help the poor, the disadvantaged and social security activities have been focused on and implemented by the Vietnam Fatherland Front, achieving many positive results.

The congress elected the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hiep Thanh commune, term I, 2025-2030, consisting of 59 members. Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune. The congress also elected two delegates to attend the higher-level congress.
