According to CNBC , OpenAI's new CEO will be Emmett Shear, former CEO of Twitch. This is considered one of the biggest changes for this startup in the past few days.

In a post on social network X, Sam Altman said he had returned to OpenAI's offices. Multiple sources also said that negotiations between OpenAI's board of directors and Altman did not achieve the expected results.

Previously, on November 18, OpenAI suddenly announced that Sam Altman was no longer the company's CEO, as well as withdrawing from the company's board of directors.

The decision to fire Sam Altman has surprised the technology world, as Altman is a very important factor at OpenAI and is also considered the "father" of ChatGPT, OpenAI's most successful product today.
