On April 23, the People's Committee of Da Lat City (Lam Dong) announced that it had completed the general inventory of state assets in the area. Accordingly, the People's Committee of Da Lat City conducted an offering for the right to use many assets: houses, hotels, the City Flower Garden, and Thuy Ta Restaurant.

According to the plan, the People's Committee of Da Lat City submitted to the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province a plan to auction and lease the City Flower Garden (No. 2 Tran Nhan Tong, Ward 8, Da Lat City). This is a famous tourist destination in Da Lat with an area of ​​about 7,000m².

Da Lat City Flower Garden gathers more than 300 diverse flower species, from native varieties such as hydrangeas, mimosas, roses to imported flowers such as delphiniums, bellflowers, South African daisies...

In 2024, the exploitation contract of Da Lat Urban Services Joint Stock Company expires, so the People's Committee of Da Lat City conducts auction procedures to find a new investment and operation unit.
