Da Nang City has just issued Decision No. 1957/QD-UBND on approving the investment policy of the Ngu Hanh Son District Commercial Center project at the land plot marked A2-1 in Tuyen Son Residential Area (Khue My Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District).

The Ngu Hanh Son District Commercial Center has a total estimated investment capital of more than 2,085 billion VND; the project uses a total land area of 17,185 m2; the East borders Le Van Hien Street, the West borders the opposite safety corridor, the South borders Tran Trong Khiem Street, the North borders the road leading to Tien Son Bridge.

Ngu Hanh Son District Commercial Center has an area of 17,185 m2.

Of which, 10,311 m2 is for building a commercial center combined with other service functions such as offices, hotels, and accommodation services; 6,874.1 m2 is for traffic and green space.

The project includes a large-scale high-rise building block including a maximum 5-storey podium block with modern commercial centers; a maximum 15-storey tower block with offices, hotels, and accommodation services.

The investment project to build a commercial center combined with other service functions such as offices, hotels, accommodation services... on the land plot marked A2-1 in Tuyen Son Residential Area (Khue My Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District) with a large, modern scale to meet the needs of commercial and working activities.

This project also contributes to local economic development, creating a space with unique architecture and landscape, characteristic of the area; generating revenue for the budget, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development.

According to the People's Committee of Da Nang City, the project's operating period is 50 years from the date of the land lease decision.

The project implementation progress is within 36 months from the date the investor wins the land use rights auction and is issued a land lease decision by the state management agency or signs a land lease contract to implement the project...
