Regarding the flood, on the morning of November 5, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Son Tra district informed the authorities to set up a checkpoint on Hoang Sa street (Le Van Luong - Hoang Sa section) to prohibit people and vehicles from traveling to Son Tra peninsula because some landslides occurred, causing mud to flow onto the street.

Warnings of the risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes, and localized flooding in low-lying areas.
