Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh requests early retirement

(PLVN) - Mr. Le Trung Chinh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City and Mr. Le Van Trung, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City submitted applications for early retirement.

On the afternoon of June 23, the People's Council of Da Nang City held the 24th (extraordinary) session of the 10th term, 2021-2026 term.

At the meeting, Chairman of the City People's Council Ngo Xuan Thang informed about personnel work, notably the fact that Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh and Chairman of the City Fatherland Front Committee Le Van Trung submitted applications for early retirement.

Da Nang City People's Council presented flowers to Mr. Le Trung Chinh and Le Van Trung.

Mr. Le Trung Chinh was born on February 20, 1969, his hometown is Hoa Phong commune (Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city). He has a PhDin Education , a Bachelor of Mathematics Pedagogy. Before holding the position of Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee, he held positions such as Director of the Department of Education and Training, Secretary of Ngu Hanh Son District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee.

Meanwhile, Mr. Le Van Trung was born in 1965, from Hoa Cuong Bac ward (Hai Chau district, Da Nang city). He has a Master's degree in Engineering specializing in Civil and Industrial Construction. Mr. Trung was the Director of the Department of Transport of Da Nang city, Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee before holding the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang city.
