In the first 6 months of 2025, the Party Committee of the Naval Region 3 Command thoroughly grasped the resolutions, directives and instructions from above, led and directed the comprehensive implementation of the year's tasks; maintained the combat readiness regime, promptly advised and proposed to the Party Committee and the Naval Command to handle situations properly, avoid being passive or surprised, and firmly protect the sovereignty of assigned sea areas.

Rear Admiral Nguyen Dang Tien, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Naval Region 3, disseminated the resolution on leadership tasks for the last 6 months of 2025.

The entire Region completed 100% of the training tasks in the first 6 months of the year, meeting 100% of the content, time and number of troops; organized the first safety inspection of guns and artillery of all types; maintained the effectiveness of foreign language classes; organized well the Regional Competition of visual teaching aids and simulation software with 73 renewed models and more than 600 training lesson plans.

Party and political activities were effectively and practically implemented, meeting the requirements of the tasks; Party congresses at all levels and the 12th Regional Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term were held in accordance with instructions and guidelines; 100% of Party committees and standing committees were elected with high votes of confidence; timely and synchronous logistics and technical work for the tasks were ensured...

On this occasion, the Chief of Naval Region 3 Command awarded the title of "Emulation Fighter of the entire army"; Certificate of Merit from the Minister of National Defense; Certificate of Merit from the Naval Command (for good achievements in 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05 of the Politburo) and Certificate of Merit from the Regional Command (during the peak emulation period to welcome the 12th Congress of Naval Region 3 Party Committee, term 2025-2030) to collectives and individuals.
