Da Nang plans to arrange 810 rooms and apartments for rent for Quang Nam officials working there.

According to the preliminary arrangement plan, Da Nang will arrange 10 rooms at house number 4 Tran Phu street (area 15-20m²/room), giving priority to cases eligible for official housing arrangement (from Deputy Director of Department and equivalent or higher).

Allocate 91 rooms at the Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted dormitory (Son Tra district) for rent to officials, civil servants, and public employees, with priority given to cases eligible for official housing and individuals (can accommodate 2-4 people/room).

Arrange to rent 109 apartments (area 60m²/apartment with 2 bedrooms) of block C of the social housing apartment building in Area E2 (phase 2) Nam Cau Cam Le residential area (Hoa Xuan ward, Cam Le district) to cadres, civil servants, and public employees; priority is given to households with 2 spouses who are both eligible to work in Da Nang city.

Arrange for 600 rooms for rent (area 40-56m²/room) in the concentrated student dormitory area in the west (Lien Chieu district). In the long term, continue to implement the adjustment of functions to apartments.

Also according to the plan, Da Nang City will spend about 42 billion VND to repair and fix damage to the above works (expected to be completed in 2025) to serve the needs of Quang Nam officials, civil servants and public employees coming to work in Da Nang.

According to the People's Committee of Da Nang City, after receiving the official survey results from Quang Nam province, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City will develop a specific arrangement plan.

In addition, Da Nang City is urging the construction progress to complete 2 social housing projects (outside the budget) with 870 units in 2025. Complete the selection of investors, construction investment procedures to start construction in 2025 for 3 social housing projects (3,519 units), expected to be completed in the period of 2027 - 2028.
