On the afternoon of November 19, the Da Nang City Youth Union coordinated with the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City to organize a program to honor "Outstanding Young Teachers" working in schools and educational institutions in the area and to honor the titles of "3 Good Students" and "3 Practice Students" of Da Nang City in 2025.

The program to honor the titles of “Outstanding Young Teacher”, “3 Good Students”, “3 Practiced Students” is an annual coordinated activity; creating an ideal environment and conditions for young teachers and lecturers to practice and improve their expertise and professional ethics; thereby affirming and spreading the image of a class of young teachers who are “good, talented and dedicated”.
The program also contributes to promoting the learning and training movement among students through praising the examples of "3 Good Students" and "3 Practice Students".
At the program, the City Youth Union and the Department of Education and Training honored 51 young teachers with the title of "Outstanding Young Teachers". These are young teachers with outstanding achievements in teaching, scientific research and actively participating in the Youth Union, youth and student movements.

Honored this time, teacher Le Thi Huynh Anh (born in 1993, lecturer of the Faculty of Project Management, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of the University of Science and Technology - University of Danang) is not only a young lecturer with good expertise but also a Youth Union officer leading the movement, dedicating herself to community and volunteer activities.
“This award is a great motivation for me in my career of cultivating people. In the current context, I always improve myself, apply technology, and digital transformation in teaching. In the work of the Youth Union and student movement, I also strive to create a dynamic environment, attracting students to participate in training and contributing to the community,” said Ms. Huynh Anh.
As a teacher in the mountainous commune of Tay Giang, Ms. Briu Thi Net (born in 1990, teacher in charge of the Youth Union at Atieng Primary School) has many initiatives and models in teaching to create a healthy and friendly school environment for students.

She initiated and maintained the model of "Creative Experiential Recess" to help students both play and learn through activities such as: border painting, folk games, making recycled toys, reading books under the flag...; effectively organized the movements "Vietnamese Children - Study well, be good, be happy, be safe", exchange "I love Vietnamese", build the Red Scarf House...
“In my 14 years of teaching, the sweet fruit of my career is that students are bolder, more confident, and actively participate in the movements of the Team and the school; they have more necessary skills to develop. I hope to continue to accompany the children in the highlands, helping them have a solid foundation to be able to develop their abilities and strengths at higher levels of education,” Ms. Net shared.
According to Mr. Le Cong Hung - Secretary of the Da Nang City Youth Union, the "Outstanding Young Teacher" award at the city level has become an important milestone, recognizing the efforts of young teachers who are enthusiastic, passionate, creative, dedicated to their profession and always pioneering in professional work as well as Youth Union - Association - Team activities.
“They are the torches that carry the fire, the companions of students, the connecting thread between knowledge, inspiration, and responsibility in each school; they are the people who are making an important contribution to the transformation of the city's education - silently but persistently,” said Mr. Hung.


On this occasion, the City Youth Union and the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City also recognized and commended 17 students who achieved the title of "3 Good Students" at the city level and 2 students who achieved the title of "3 Training Students" at the city level to acknowledge and commend the achievements of young people in studying, training and participating in youth movements inside and outside of school.
