On the afternoon of November 19th, the Da Nang City Youth Union, in coordination with the Da Nang City Department of Education and Training, organized a program to honor "Outstanding Young Teachers" working in schools and educational institutions in the city, and to commend the "Three Good Students" and "Three Well-Rounded Students" of Da Nang City in 2025.

The program to honor the titles of "Outstanding Young Teacher," "Three Good Students," and "Three Well-Rounded Students" is an annual collaborative activity; creating an ideal environment and conditions for young teachers and lecturers to train and improve their professional skills and ethics; thereby affirming and expanding the image of a generation of young teachers who are "excellent, talented, and dedicated."
The program also contributes to promoting the learning and training movement among students by commending exemplary "Three Good Students" and "Three Well-Rounded Students".
At the event, the City Youth Union and the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City honored 51 young teachers with the title of "Outstanding Young Teacher". These young teachers have achieved excellent results in teaching, scientific research, and actively participated in Youth Union activities and youth and student movements.

Honored on this occasion, Ms. Le Thi Huynh Anh (born in 1993, lecturer in the Project Management Department, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of the University of Technology - Da Nang University) is not only a young lecturer with excellent expertise but also a Youth Union official who leads movements and dedicates herself wholeheartedly to community and volunteer activities.
“This award is a great motivation for me in my career as an educator. In the current context, I am constantly striving to improve myself, applying technology and digital transformation in teaching. In my work with the Youth Union and student movements, I also strive to create a dynamic and engaging environment for students to participate in training and contributing to the community,” said Ms. Huynh Anh.
As a teacher in the mountainous commune of Tay Giang, Ms. Briu Thi Net (born in 1990, Head Teacher in charge of the Youth Union at Atieng Primary School) has many initiatives and models in teaching to create a healthy and friendly school environment for students.

She initiated and maintained the "Creative Experiential Recess" model, helping students both play and learn through activities such as: drawing border scenes, folk games, making recycled toys, reading books under the flag...; effectively organizing movements such as "Vietnamese Children - Study well, be well-behaved, happy, healthy, and safe," exchanges like "I love the Vietnamese language," and building the Red Scarf House...
“After 14 years in the field of education, the sweet fruits of my labor are my students becoming more confident and assertive, actively participating in the activities of the Youth Union and the school; and acquiring essential skills for their development. I hope to continue accompanying the children in the highlands, helping them build a solid foundation to develop their abilities and talents in higher levels of education,” Ms. Net shared.
According to Mr. Le Cong Hung, Secretary of the Da Nang City Youth Union, the "Outstanding Young Teacher" award at the city level has become an important milestone, recognizing the efforts of young teachers who are enthusiastic, passionate, creative, dedicated to their profession, and always at the forefront in their professional work as well as in Youth Union, Association, and Team activities.
"They are the torches that pass on the flame, the companions of students, the connecting thread between knowledge, inspiration, and responsibility in each school; they are the people who are making a significant contribution to the transformation of the city's education – silently but persistently," Mr. Hung said.

On this occasion, the Da Nang City Youth Union and the Department of Education and Training also recognized and commended 17 students who achieved the title of "Three Good Students" at the city level and 2 students who achieved the title of "Three Well-Rounded Students" at the city level, in order to acknowledge and praise the achievements of young people in their studies, training, and participation in youth movements inside and outside the school.
