On the evening of July 23, the University of Information Technology, Ho Chi Minh City National University announced the minimum admission scores for regular university training programs in 2025.

Accordingly, the threshold to ensure input quality according to the admission method of considering the results of the competency assessment exam organized by Ho Chi Minh City National University in 2025 (excluding bonus points and priority points) is 720 points for all majors. For the microchip design major, candidates must achieve a minimum of 195 points in math.

The threshold to ensure input quality according to the admission method of considering the results of the high school graduation exam (not including bonus points and priority points) is 22 points applied to all admission combinations for all majors. In particular, for the microchip design major, candidates must achieve a minimum score of 6.5 in math.

Ho Chi Minh City Open University also announced the threshold for ensuring input quality and the rules for converting equivalent scores for admission to regular universities in 2025.

The admission threshold is the total score of 3 subjects without coefficient and without bonus points or priority points (if any). The entrance threshold is determined equally between the combinations.

For the computer-based university entrance exam (V-SAT) scores, the Ho Chi Minh City National University aptitude test scores, and the transcript results will be converted according to the formula given by the school.
