An art performance to welcome the first congress of Binh Duong Commune Party Committee.
Attending the congress were comrades: Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades representing the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's advisory and support agencies; comrades of the Standing Committee of Phu My District Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term; comrades of the former Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committees of Binh Duong Town, My Loi Commune, and My Phong Commune through different periods; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Party Committees of some localities in the province; 179 official delegates, representing more than 1,000 party members in the entire Party Committee.
Provincial leaders attend the Party Congress of Binh Duong commune for the 2025 - 2030 term
During the past term, in the context of many advantages but also many difficulties and challenges, the Party Committee, Government and People of My Phong, My Loi communes and Binh Duong town, now Binh Duong commune, have promoted the tradition of solidarity, efforts and striving, achieving many important results. The work of building the Party and the political system has been strengthened, the organizational apparatus has been consolidated and streamlined. The leadership method of the Party Committee has been innovated, democracy has been promoted, the activities of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have been improved, contributing to consolidating the people's trust in the leadership of the Party.
The socio-economy continues to maintain a fairly good growth and development momentum, achieving comprehensive results in most areas. The average growth rate of production value in 5 years reached 9.73%; the average income per capita in 2025 is estimated at nearly 66 million VND. Agricultural production has developed stably; the structure of the agricultural sector has shifted in the right direction. Industrial production - small industry, trade and services continue to develop, contributing to the economic restructuring, creating jobs and increasing income for people. Investment and development of socio-economic infrastructure have achieved many positive results. A number of important projects have been invested and upgraded such as: Hoc Mieu Reservoir, Suoi So Lake, My Phu Nam Village Clean Water Plant, Dam Tra O Solar Power Plant, key traffic routes, etc. Land and environmental management has been strengthened. Attention is paid to culture, education, health care, and social security. Scientific and technological activities have made positive progress. National defense has been firmly consolidated, political security, and social order and safety have been maintained, creating a stable environment for development.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Binh Duong Commune Party Committee sets the following goals: Continue to build and rectify the Party and the political system to be clean and strong in all aspects, strengthen the people's trust in the Party, promote historical traditions and cultural identity, arouse aspirations, will and solidarity; promote innovation, apply science and technology, carry out digital transformation; protect the environment, proactively respond to climate change; firmly ensure national defense and security, maintain political stability, social order and safety; improve the material and spiritual life of the people. Strive by 2030, Binh Duong commune will meet the advanced New Rural standards, aiming to become Binh Duong ward by 2035.
To achieve the above goals, the Congress agreed to implement 3 breakthroughs: (1) Building and perfecting the synchronous transport infrastructure and digital infrastructure system to meet development requirements; (2) Promoting digital transformation, transferring scientific and technological advances, creating strong changes to improve the investment and business environment, enhancing local competitiveness; developing the private economy; (3) Building a team of cadres, civil servants and public employees from commune to village with revolutionary ethics, sufficient capacity, dynamism, creativity, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Comrade Nguyen Tuan Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered a speech at the congress.
Speaking at the congress, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh commended and congratulated the results that the Party Committee and People of Binh Duong commune have achieved in the past term.
Comrade Nguyen Tuan Thanh emphasized: The 2025 - 2030 term is the first term of the Binh Duong Commune Party Committee after the merger, which is of special importance. The Congress needs to focus on research, discussion, and resolution to set out specific and breakthrough tasks and solutions, determined to complete and exceed the targets and tasks assigned by the province.
In particular, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh suggested that the Party Committee of Binh Duong commune should focus on implementing a number of key tasks such as: Quickly stabilizing the organization, building solidarity and unity in the entire Party Committee, the entire people and the entire army; considering this a top priority and decisive task. Promoting democracy, strengthening the great solidarity of the entire people; continuing to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; encouraging people to participate in social supervision and criticism, contributing to building a strong Party and government. The new Party Committee needs to urgently concretize the congress resolution into specific action plans and programs that are close to the actual situation, with the motto "06 clear: clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear products, clear authority" and the spirit of "speed", "no retreat, only discuss action", "think deeply, do big" to achieve the set goals. Focus on developing culture and society, improving the quality of people's lives, taking people as the center and driving force of social development. Pay attention to investment, development of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation. Strengthen national defense and security, maintain political stability, order and social safety; build a solid national defense and people's security posture, ensuring a peaceful life for the people. Pay special attention to the key task of building and rectifying the Party and a clean, strong and comprehensive political system. Build a "government that creates and serves the people and businesses", taking people and businesses as the center and the subject to serve; promote administrative reform, develop the digital economy, digital society, digital government, etc.
Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Thanh believes that with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creation - Development", with the revolutionary tradition of the Party Committee and the consensus and determination of all the people, the Party Committee of Binh Duong commune will successfully complete the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Party Delegates of the commune, term 2025 - 2030.

To ensure comprehensive leadership in all areas of work of the Binh Duong Commune Party Committee after the merger, on June 16, 2025, the Provincial Party Standing Committee issued a Decision appointing the Executive Committee of the Binh Duong Commune Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 25 comrades (8 comrades are absent), the Standing Committee consists of 11 comrades, and the Standing Party Committee consists of 3 comrades. Accordingly, comrade Phan Xuan Nam holds the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; comrade Vo Thanh Tan holds the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; comrade Dinh Cong Hoang holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.
