120 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, term I, 2025 - 2030, were introduced at the Congress.
After nearly 2 years of implementing the action program set forth by the Provincial Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2024-2029 term, the great national unity bloc continues to be consolidated, expanded and promoted, creating high consensus among all social classes.
In addition, emulation campaigns and movements are deployed with focus and key points, arousing the spirit of emulation, creative labor and the joint efforts of the whole community, bringing practical results contributing to economic , cultural and social development, building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, and sustainable poverty reduction.
The Fatherland Front at all levels actively participated in the implementation of the Project to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province, completing more than 9,500 houses, with a total cost of nearly 600 billion VND. The "For the Poor" Fund at all levels in the province and social security activities received more than 345.97 billion VND; mobilized support to visit and encourage households and areas affected by natural disasters and incidents with a total value of more than 119.3 billion VND.

The 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ca Mau province, term 2025 - 2030, identified 03 breakthroughs and 13 key targets; in which, striving for 100% of poor and near-poor households to be supported and assisted to escape poverty and households when facing natural disasters and incidents to be supported and assisted promptly; annually mobilizing the "For the Poor" Fund and social security from 90 billion VND or more; 100% of communes and wards building united, prosperous and happy residential areas; 100% of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and member organizations at all levels applying information technology to activities...
With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Creativity - Development", the Congress called on member organizations, outstanding individuals and people of all walks of life to be determined to overcome difficulties and challenges, successfully implement the Party's resolutions and the province's socio-economic development tasks, contributing to bringing Ca Mau province confidently into a new era with the whole country.
The Congress democratically elected 120 members to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, term I, 2025 - 2030; and 10 members to the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, term I. Mr. Ho Thanh Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, term I, 2025 - 2030. The Congress unanimously elected 15 official delegates and 02 alternate delegates to attend the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai delivered a speech directing the Congress.
Speaking at the Congress, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Ho Hai highly appreciated the results achieved and commended and acknowledged the great contributions of the Provincial Fatherland Front and its member organizations in the past term.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the first term to continue to build and strengthen the great national unity bloc, widely gather people from all walks of life to ensure high unity in ideology and action, strive to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; strongly innovate the content and methods of operation so that the Fatherland Front is truly a political alliance, a voluntary union representing the will, aspirations, legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people; act as a solid bridge between the Party Committee, the government and the people. In addition, continue to mobilize and promote the role of the people to actively participate in Party building and building an increasingly clean and strong government; innovate the organization of campaigns and emulation movements in a practical, effective and grassroots direction.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Organizations Nguyen Thai Hoc spoke at the Congress.
Speaking at the Congress, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Fatherland Front and Central Organizations Nguyen Thai Hoc requested the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and associations and organizations in the province to innovate their methods of operation to ensure conformity with the new organizational model of the political system; enhance the substance, depth and effectiveness of their activities; at the same time, promote the strength of great national unity to serve the development of the homeland and the country in the coming time.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front presented the Congress with a picture of Uncle Ho and Uncle Ton, the sacred symbol of the great solidarity of the Vietnamese people. The Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee presented the Congress with a banner with the content "Solidarity - Democracy - Creativity - Development".
Before that, delegates attending the Congress offered incense at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site (An Xuyen ward).
