On the afternoon of March 5, at the Company Headquarters (No. 5 Cu Chinh Lan, Minh Khai Ward, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City), Hai Phong Port Technical Services and Training Joint Stock Company solemnly held its first General Meeting of Shareholders, and announced important decisions on organization, personnel and task implementation. The event marked a turning point in the development and restructuring process of the unit.
Previously, on February 13, the Board of Directors of Hai Phong Port Joint Stock Company officially approved the decision to convert Hai Phong Port Technical Training Company Limited into Hai Phong Port Technical Services and Training Joint Stock Company. The charter capital is 5 billion VND including 500,000 common shares, in which Hai Phong Port Joint Stock Company holds 90% of the controlling shares.
