Dealer accepts deposit for Hyundai SantaFe 2025 Hybrid version, about more than 1.3 billion VND

Hyundai SantaFe Hybrid 2025 is being offered by many sales consultants with a deposit of more than 1.3 billion VND, equivalent to the high-end Calligraphy Turbo version.

The new generation Hyundai SantaFe in Vietnam has brought many changes, but the removal of the diesel engine has made this model somewhat lose its advantage in the sales race, especially in terms of fuel consumption. However, the appearance of the Hybrid version is considered a positive signal promising that the car will have strong traction while still meeting the fuel economy factor.

Recently, some authorized Hyundai dealers have invited customers to deposit for the Hybrid version of the new generation SantaFe 2025. According to technical specifications from the markets, this version only consumes 5.1 liters of gasoline per 100 km of mixed fuel. This version is also expected to regain the position of SantaFe.

According to a sales consultant at an authorized dealer in Hanoi , the 2025 Hyundai SantaFe hybrid model has begun accepting deposits and is expected to launch at the end of this year. The estimated price of the hybrid version was revealed with a selling price of about more than 1.3 billion VND, as expensive as the Calligraphy Turbo version.

The price of the Hyundai SantaFe Hybrid 2025 is equivalent to the current Calligraphy Turbo version. This positioning is also consistent with the general trend of the market when car manufacturers often put the Hybrid version in the highest position such as Honda CR-V, Kia Sorento/Carnical, Toyota Corolla Cross/Innova Cross,….

Normally, hybrid versions are often positioned at the highest configuration, similar to the way manufacturers equip the Honda CR-V, Kia Carnival or Kia Sorento. Therefore, it can be expected that the Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid will have equipment equivalent to the highest-end Calligraphy Turbo version currently sold in Vietnam.

If the configuration remains the same as the Calligraphy Turbo version, the hybrid version will likely be equipped with 21-inch wheels, adaptive LED lights, a 12.3-inch dual-screen cluster, HUD, a touch screen to control the air conditioning, a 12-speaker Bose sound system, a panoramic sunroof and a series of ADAS active safety features.

Although the detailed configuration for the Hyundai SantaFe Hybrid 2025 in the Vietnamese market has not been announced, the configuration of this SUV model in Thailand shows that it is equipped with a 1.6L Smartstream T-GDI turbocharged gasoline engine combined with an electric motor to produce a total capacity of 232 horsepower and 264Nm of torque, with a 6-speed automatic transmission.

Thanks to the 1.49 kWh lithium-ion battery pack located under the floor, the Santa Fe Hybrid ensures both operating power and fuel economy. According to data from the markets, the consumption is only about 5.1 liters / 100 km of mixed road. It is not yet clear whether the car will be equipped with front-wheel drive or AWD.

Notably, the fuel consumption of the Hyundai SantaFe Hybrid 2025, which will soon be sold in Vietnam, is even lower than its "compatriot" Kia Sorento Hybrid (5.8L/100km) and the diesel version of the previous generation SantaFe (6.5L/100km).

SantaFe Hybrid's safety features include; ABS brakes, EBD brake force distribution, BA emergency brake assist, ESC electronic balance, TCS anti-slip, HAC hill start assist and DBC hill descent. In addition, the car is also equipped with adaptive cruise control with stop and go feature, forward collision warning with automatic brake assist, lane keeping assist, blind spot warning, rear cross traffic warning and distraction warning.

With quite "valuable" advantages, the hybrid version of Hyundai SantaFe 2025 is expected to fill the gap left by the old generation, while boosting sales and restoring a fair competitive position with other rivals in the 7-seat SUV segment in Vietnam.
