Colonel Cao Minh Huyen was appointed as Director of Lao Cai Provincial Police to replace Colonel Luu Hong Quang, who was recently assigned to a new assignment by the Minister of Public Security.
Colonel Cao Minh Huyen was born in 1974, from Hung Yen city, Hung Yen province, and held the position of Head of Department - Economic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security .
In May 2020, Colonel Cao Minh Huyen was appointed Deputy Director of Nghe An Provincial Police.
On April 28, Nghe An Provincial Police organized a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Cao Minh Huyen to the position of Director of Lao Cai Provincial Police.
Colonel Cao Minh Huyen expressed his wish to continue receiving attention, coordination and support so that the police of Nghe An and Lao Cai provinces can build a closer and more cooperative relationship in the future.
