Dak Lak: Cooperation in digital transformation in the tax sector creates favorable conditions for business households

According to the agreement, the two sides agreed to strengthen coordination in propaganda, guidance and support for business households to switch to using electronic invoices.

Specifically, VNPT Dak Lak will provide digital infrastructure and technology platforms; and arrange technology engineers and solution support staff in 102 communes and wards.

The goal is to directly support business households to access, register and use electronic tax services, digital signatures and overall business management software in the most convenient way.

At the same time, Dak Lak Provincial Tax will coordinate with VNPT Dak Lak in communicating tax policies, training in system usage skills, and synthesizing data to serve transparent and effective management and supervision.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Director of VNPT Dak Lak Nguyen Van Than shared that converting the tax model for business households is not only an administrative management task, but also a transformation of awareness and operating methods.

VNPT Dak Lak commits to fully accompany Dak Lak Provincial Tax Department in the digital transformation of the tax sector. Thereby, providing business households with safe, convenient and economical digital solutions; helping business households easily fulfill tax obligations, optimizing management time to focus on developing business activities.

According to Deputy Head of Dak Lak Provincial Tax Department Pham Thanh Long, immediately after signing, the Tax Department will soon implement the agreed contents to accelerate the implementation of the 60-day peak plan (from November 1, 2025 to December 30, 2025) to convert the model from lump-sum tax to declaration for business households according to Decision No. 3352/QD-CT, dated October 31, 2025 of the Director of the Tax Department.

This companionship not only brings practical benefits to business households, but is also an important step in the comprehensive digital transformation process of Dak Lak province.

The agreement is also expected to create a premise for building a transparent and modern digital economic ecosystem; contributing to improving the efficiency of serving people and businesses and realizing the goal of developing digital government in Dak Lak province in the coming time.
