Dak Lak: Dismissed a principal with many violations

On October 8, a leader of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province confirmed that a decision had been made to dismiss Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Hue from the position of Principal of Cao Ba Quat High School (Tan An ward, Dak Lak province) because she was disciplined with a warning.

Previously, during her time as Principal of Chu Van An High School (Buon Ma Thuot Ward, Dak Lak Province), Ms. Hue committed many violations and was disciplined by the Department of Education and Training with a reprimand.

But then, Ms. Hue continued to re-offend and was "severely criticized" by the Department of Education and Training and transferred to become Principal of Cao Ba Quat High School. Disagreeing with the settlement result, a teacher at Chu Van An High School filed a complaint against the leaders of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province.

In early 2025, the Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee concluded that within 24 months, Ms. Hue had committed two violations of the same offense, which were considered repeat offenses and required disciplinary action in the form of warnings. The transfer and appointment of Ms. Hue to the position of Principal of Cao Ba Quat High School was not in accordance with regulations.

In September 2025, the Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province signed a decision to discipline Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Hue with a warning. The reason for the discipline was that Ms. Hue, in her role as principal, had many shortcomings and violations in implementing regulations on professional regulations, non-budgetary revenues and expenditures, and financial management and public assets.
