Dak Nong awards the contest "I love Vietnamese history"

The contest will run from April 7 to April 26, 2025 for 3 weeks. The contest will be held online on the Google Form platform.

After 3 weeks of competition, the contest attracted 14,114 team members, teenagers and children living and studying at primary and secondary schools in Dak Nong province to participate.

Dak Song District Youth Union won the prize for the group with the most participants in 3 weeks of competition.

Candidates participate in answering multiple-choice questions on computers or mobile devices with internet connection according to pre-designed question software.

The content of the questions is basic knowledge about the history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers, about President Ho Chi Minh and the history and significance of the Day of Southern Liberation and National Reunification.

As a result, Dak Song District Youth Union won the prize for the team with the most participants in the 3 weeks of competition. The Organizing Committee awarded 3 first prizes, 3 second prizes, 9 third prizes, and 15 consolation prizes to the team members and teenagers with the best results in the competition.

The winner of week 1 was student Nguyen Y Gia Nhi, class 8A4, Luong The Vinh Secondary School, Dak R'lap district; the winner of week 2 was student H'Uyen, class 9A2, Phan Chu Trinh Secondary School, Dak Glong district and student Tran Minh Thu, class 5A1, Kim Dong Primary School, Cu Jut district won the first prize of week 3.

The contest is a practical activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30), the 84th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team (May 15), and the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19).

This is a useful playground to help team members, teenagers and children learn and explore the heroic history of the nation, thereby fostering patriotism and national pride in a natural and profound way; at the same time, discovering and nurturing young faces with talent and passion for history, contributing to spreading the culture of learning history in schools.
