Ensuring progress and quality of educational projects in Quang Nam

According to Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan, in the context of implementing the provincial merger, not organizing district-level government according to the Central Government's policy, the requirement is to ensure progress, quality, and efficiency in investing in the construction ofeducational works, completing them soon and putting them into use as planned to ensure that the teaching and learning quality of teachers and students is not affected.

Therefore, the Provincial Construction Investment Management Board needs to continue to promote its sense of responsibility, improve the effectiveness of management and operation, and at the same time implement more seriously, resolutely, and closely in each stage of the project implementation process.

In the coming time, it is recommended that the unit direct the construction supervision department to regularly be present at the construction site, closely follow the actual construction of each item; closely monitor the construction progress according to the plan and commitments of the contractors; make the most of favorable weather and site conditions, promptly urge and request contractors to work overtime reasonably, supplement equipment and workers, strengthen effective construction organization measures to shorten the project implementation time while still ensuring quality...

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to promptly and properly inspect and accept the completed work volume, ensure strict procedures, acceptance records and payment settlement; disburse investment capital according to actual progress, make full and timely payments to the contractor for the volume that has been duly inspected and accepted, and create conditions for the contractor to continue implementing the construction project.

Note: for Tran Dai Nghia High School (Que Son district), complete the remaining items, accept and hand over before June 30, 2025.

For Vo Chi Cong School (Tay Giang district): Strengthen the urging and direction of the construction contractor to take full advantage of favorable weather conditions, focus resources on labor, machinery, and equipment to speed up the construction progress of the anti-erosion embankment project, striving to complete before September 2025.
