On March 4, the Land Fund Development Center of Phu Vang District, Thua Thien - Hue Province coordinated with the Value Chain Joint Stock Auction Company to organize an auction of the right to use 6 land lots located at locations 1 and 2 of Provincial Road 10A in the mixed residential area of Duong Mong village, Phu My commune.

The auction stunned the local real estate community when a participant, Mr. Ng.V.Ch. (residing in Thua Thien - Hue province) won three adjacent lots at an extremely high price.
In which, lot A2 with an area of 180 m2 with a starting price of 21 million VND/ m2 was bid by Mr. Ch. at 35 million VND/ m2 ; lot A6 with a starting price of 16 million VND/ m2 was bid by Mr. Ch. at 21.5 million VND/ m2 . In particular, lot A3 with an area of more than 221 m2 , starting price of 24 million VND/ m2 was bid by Mr. Ch. at 40.5 million VND/ m2 .
Thus, the total auction value of these 3 plots of land of Mr. Ch. is nearly 19.6 billion VND, while the total starting price is 12.2 billion VND.
The price that this person won the auction made many people watching the auction "gasp". Because, this is the time when the real estate market is "frozen", many auctions in Thua Thien - Hue in particular and the whole country in general have few participants or won at the floor price. Meanwhile, the area where the auction of these 6 plots of land is held is in the district, only bordering Hue City.
Some information said that the person who won the auction for the 3 plots of land above is the director of a business in Hue.
