The report at the congress said that in the past term, the Party Committee of Company 75 led the unit to promote internal strength, proactively overcome difficulties, strengthen and consolidate national defense and security, and participate in building a strong local political base. Successfully completed training plans and tasks, prepared for combat, coordinated with local Party committees, authorities and forces to maintain political security and rural security.

The leaders carried out production and business tasks in the right direction, in accordance with the law, completed and exceeded the set plan targets, of which the production value reached 1,960.86 billion VND, equal to 146.4% of the plan; profit was 435.58 billion VND, reaching 495.7% of the plan. Compared to the 2015-2020 term, the production value exceeded 34%; profit exceeded 246.5%; 3 consecutive years of completing the assigned output plan ahead of schedule, typically 40 days ahead in 2022.

The leadership built a comprehensively strong unit that is "exemplary and typical" and the Party building work achieved many positive results and steady progress. From 2020 to 2024, the Company was commended at all levels, including 2 consecutive years (2022-2023) when the Ministry of National Defense awarded the Emulation Flag; in 2024, the State awarded the Second Class Labor Medal, the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee and the 15th Corps Command awarded the Emulation Flag.
