Z157 Factory Party Committee held the 7th Congress, term 2025-2030

Attending the Congress were: Colonel Ha Duc Dung, Deputy Director of Politics of the Department of Motorcycles and Transport; Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Factory Z157; Colonel Lai Minh Tuyen, Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of Factory Z157; delegates were leaders of functional agencies of the Department of Motorcycles and Transport and all party members of agencies and units of Factory Z157.

Colonel Nguyen Duc Luong, Deputy Director of the Department of Motorcycles and Transport, gave a speech directing the Congress.

In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Factory Z157 has led the comprehensive completion of planned targets and tasks and other assigned ad hoc tasks; the unit is stable, united and unified; 100% of targets and tasks for repairing, maintaining and producing license plates for military cars and motorcycles have been completed; the regular construction work has many progressive changes; mass organizations and military councils operate properly and effectively. The Party Committee of Factory Z157 has successfully and excellently completed its tasks, the VMTD unit is "Exemplary and typical". In 2023, it achieved the title of Determined to Win Unit, in 2024, it was awarded the "Emulation Flag" by the General Department of Engineering, and also won many high awards at competitions and sports events organized at all levels.

Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Factory Z157, on behalf of the Presidium, reported on the situation of party members attending the Congress.

Speaking at the Congress, Colonel Nguyen Duc Luong, Deputy Director of the Department of Motorcycles and Transport, acknowledged and commended the leadership results of the Party Committee of Factory Z157 in the past term, emphasizing the advantages, limitations, shortcomings, causes and measures to overcome the limitations and shortcomings in the coming time. Colonel Nguyen Duc Luong oriented the key contents that need to be focused on in the leadership work of the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.

Colonel Lai Minh Tuyen, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Factory Z157 presented the Political Report at the Congress.

He requested that the Party Committee of Factory Z157 in the new term need to strengthen innovation in leadership style, methods, and working style of cadres and commanders at all levels; uphold principles, promote democracy, promote dynamism, creativity, daring to do, daring to take responsibility of the collective and leaders of Party committees and commanders at all levels in leading, directing, and organizing the implementation of tasks.
