The work of building regularity and managing discipline is maintained regularly and in order; the work of ensuring logistics, technology and finance is implemented comprehensively, synchronously and closely; 100% of units meet the standards of "Unit with good military training and good military supply management", the annual healthy army rate reaches from 98.74% to 99.05% or more.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Division 3 determined to carry out well 3 breakthroughs, including: Continuing to innovate, improve the quality of training, combat readiness, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation; promoting the cultural values ​​of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period, improving the quality of regular construction, discipline management, law enforcement and safety assurance; promoting military administrative reform, innovation, creativity, digital transformation, effectively implementing the "Digital Education for the People" movement, meeting the requirements of building a modern army.

With the spirit of "solidarity, democracy, discipline, creativity, and development", the congress elected 15 comrades to the Party Executive Committee of the Division for the 2025-2030 term with a high number of votes of confidence; elected a delegation to attend the 16th Military Region Party Congress, including 44 official delegates and 3 alternate delegates.

Speaking at the congress, Major General La Cong Phuong acknowledged and commended the achievements and results that the Party Committee of Division 3 had led to achieve during the 2020-2025 term. At the same time, he requested the Party Committee of the Division to continue to comprehensively lead the unit in all aspects of work, clearly identify the focus and key points in performing tasks; focus on effectively implementing the breakthroughs identified in the political report.
