The conference was attended by representatives of the Forward Command of Military Region 5, Gia Lai Provincial Military Command, Pleiku City Military Command, along with representatives of Party committees, authorities, socio-political organizations and a large number of people of Dong Da ward.

At the conference, Colonel Cao Dinh Nhan, Chief of Military Procuracy of Region 52, introduced the main content of Project 1371 with the aim of promoting the role of the People's Army in disseminating and educating the law, and mobilizing people to strictly comply with the law at the grassroots level.

Colonel Cao Dinh Nhan, Chief of the Military Procuracy of Region 52 and Colonel Pham Khanh Hong, Political Commissar of Brigade 280 presented legal Q&A documents to Party Cell Secretaries, Heads of Residential Groups, village elders, and prestigious people in Dong Da Ward.

Next, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quoc Phong, Deputy Director of the Institute, introduced and analyzed the basic contents of the Law on Environmental Protection 2020; new points in the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety 2024 and the Law on Drug Prevention and Control 2021.

Along with the law dissemination activities, the units have coordinated to organize many practical social security activities. Brigade 280, along with Engineering Workshop 340, Military Procuracy of Region 52 and local businesses presented 70 gifts of necessities to the poor in the area and many gifts to students who overcame difficulties to study well, worth nearly 50 million VND.

The Military Procuracy of Region 52 also presented the document set "Legal Q&A" to Party Cell Secretaries, Heads of Residential Groups, village elders, and prestigious people in Dong Da Ward.

In the afternoon of the same day, union members and youth of Gia Lai Provincial Military Command, Brigade 280, Engineering Workshop 340, Military Procuracy of Region 52 joined cadres, union members, youth and local people to clean the campus, reduce plastic waste, conduct general cleaning, collect and treat waste.

Through a series of activities in Dong Da ward, the program has effectively promoted the awareness of self-discipline in law compliance for officers, soldiers and people; at the same time, affirmed the pioneering and exemplary role of the armed forces in building a law-abiding lifestyle.

The results of this activity are the basis for the Steering Committee and the Working Group of Project 1371 of Gia Lai province and units to continue to learn from experience and effectively implement in the next phase, contributing to maintaining national defense and security, building a solid people's position from the grassroots.
