At the congress, the political report and the delegates' speeches comprehensively and deeply assessed the results of leadership in implementing political tasks and building the Regiment Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, and determined the directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the next term.

Accordingly, during the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Regiment 101 has implemented many policies and solutions to lead and direct the unit to comprehensively complete the set goals, targets and tasks, notably: Thoroughly grasp and seriously implement Resolution No. 1659-NQ/QUTW of the Central Military Commission on "Improving the quality of training in the period 2023-2030 and the following years" and directives, orders and training plans of superiors; organize 106 training courses for 2,065 cadres at all levels, renew 77% of teaching aids, introduce 138 initiatives and technical improvements into training; organize training for subjects according to the program and plan.  

The congress took place in an urgent and serious atmosphere.

Speaking at the Congress, Colonel Nguyen Xuan Quy, Deputy Political Commissar of Division 325 , requested that in the next term, the Regiment Party Committee must strengthen political and ideologicaleducation . To build cadres, party members and the masses with steadfast political will, high determination, always uphold vigilance, strive, overcome difficulties, be ready to receive and complete assigned tasks well; thoroughly grasp and implement the spirit well ; Focus on leadership to improve the overall quality, level, and combat readiness of the regiment to become more solid and comprehensive.

The Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and the Delegation attending the Division Party Congress were introduced to the Congress.

In the spirit of democracy and solidarity, the Congress discussed and contributed opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the 12th Division Party Congress; at the same time elected the 18th Regiment Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and delegates to attend the 12th Division Party Congress with a high number of votes of confidence.
