Looking back over the past 5 years, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office has clearly demonstrated its role as the political nucleus, the center of solidarity, leading the agency to successfully and comprehensively carry out assigned political, professional and administrative tasks. With the spirit of innovation, exemplary and creative, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office has proactively followed the direction of the Central, Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, effectively implementing the work of advising, synthesizing and serving the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, affirming its position and role as an important focal point in the Cao Bang provincial government system.

The Provincial People's Committee Office holds regular meetings to evaluate the implementation of tasks in the month and deploy tasks for the following months.

The highlight throughout the term is the innovation in thinking and action of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office, from leading the implementation of political tasks to building a clean and strong Party organization. With 04 affiliated Party cells and nearly 100 Party members, the Party Committee has continuously improved the quality of Party cell activities, closely following the political tasks of the province and the practice of the agency, creating a foundation for emulation movements and effectiveness in operational consulting.

In professional work, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office has directed the implementation of the advisory and assistance functions for the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee . A series of important projects, plans and resolutions on socio -economic development, planning, investment, administrative reform, digital transformation, etc. have been promptly and qualitatively advised by the Provincial People's Committee Office. Notably, the advisory In implementing the construction of the headquarters of the Provincial People's Committee, the People's Council and the National Assembly Delegation of the province; the headquarters of the provincial departments, branches and sectors, the Provincial People's Committee Office has proactively coordinated with relevant departments and branches to ensure progress, quality and compliance with legal regulations. Advising on the successful organization of the groundbreaking ceremony of the Dong Dang (Lang Son province) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang province) expressway project; up to now, the project has basically completed the set goals, setting new records in terms of progress and time of site clearance completion, striving to open the technical route of phase 1 of the project by the end of 2025. Actively advising on the implementation of the Infrastructure Development Program (transportation, tourism, border gates, urban areas, digital infrastructure) in the province in the period of 2021-2025, achieving important results. The investment capital implemented in the area increased on average in the period of 2021-2025 by over 4.97%/year. During the term, 277 projects and works were invested in new construction, repair and upgrade with a total public investment capital of over 18,000 billion VND (an increase of 15% compared to the 2015 - 2020 term), of which investment capital for infrastructure works serving the development of transport, tourism, urban areas and digital infrastructure reached 11,747 billion VND, accounting for 65% of the total public investment capital for the whole period of 2021 - 2025.

Advise on the completion of the provincial Land Use Plan for the period 2021-2025; do a good job of land recovery, land lease, registration, and granting of certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights, and other assets attached to land. Promulgate and promptly implement the Project on policies for exploiting on-site construction materials for works and projects under the National Target Program for the period 2022-2025 in the province and policies and mechanisms on land, minerals, environmental protection, water resources, and climate change; actively advise on the management, exploitation, and use of mineral resources, water resources, etc.

Administrative reform and digital transformation are identified by the Office Party Committee as key tasks . The unit has focused on directing the promotion of administrative reform, synchronously implementing solutions to improve the business environment, and improving the PCI, PAR-INDEX, SIPAS, and PAPI indexes; The administrative procedure information system is seamlessly connected to national databases. Regularly monitor and update the implementation of tasks assigned by the Government and the Prime Minister to localities. Accordingly, from January 1, 2020 to July 29, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee was assigned 719 tasks, of which 546 tasks have been completed. Not only completing political and administrative tasks well, the Office Party Committee also pays special attention to Party building work. The targets of the term resolution were basically achieved and exceeded: in which the target of developing Party members was exceeded, reaching 150% of the plan. 100% of directives, resolutions, conclusions of the Party; policies and laws of the State were fully and extensively implemented. 100% of cadres and Party members in the Office Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee always maintained their political ideology, well implemented the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and policies; no Party member in the Party Committee showed signs of degradation in political ideology and lifestyle ethics . The work of building Party organizations was focused on, especially improving the capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and the work of managing and developing Party members. Every year, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Office and its affiliated Party cells are all classified as having fulfilled their tasks well or better, with over 95% of Party members fulfilling their tasks well or better. Along with that, the work of inspection, supervision, anti-corruption, mass mobilization and activities of mass organizations have all been implemented synchronously, achieving practical results.
