After 10 years of implementing Directive 05 with a high sense of responsibility, the Party Committee of the Department has brought the study and following of Uncle Ho's example, associated with the work of Party building and rectification, into depth, with a positive and proactive spirit, through many good and creative ways.

From 2016 to present, the Department has studied 24 topics on Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, thereby contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of cadres and party members in studying and following Uncle Ho, contributing to the successful completion of assigned tasks.

The staff has made positive changes in awareness, political qualities, ethics, lifestyle, and improved sense of organization and discipline; promoted the exemplary vanguard role in performing tasks, contributing significantly to the results of building a clean and strong Party Committee of the Quartermaster Department, a comprehensively strong "exemplary model" Quartermaster Department.

In the period 2016-2025, the Quartermaster Department was awarded 1 Emulation Flag of the Government, 5 Emulation Flags of the Ministry of National Defense , 6 Emulation Flags of the General Department of Logistics (now the General Department of Logistics - Engineering), 34 titles of Determined to Win Unit, 57 titles of Advanced Unit; 208 individuals achieved the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level...

Regarding the direction, tasks, and solutions to promote studying and following Uncle Ho in the coming years, the Party Committee of the Quartermaster Department determined to continue innovating the content, methods, and forms of studying and propagating Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style in accordance with the characteristics of the situation and tasks of the unit, especially young cadres, associated with human standards, preserving and developing the Vietnamese family value system in the new period.

Promote the exemplary role of cadres and party members, well implement the motto "above first, below last", "inside first, outside last"; regularly "self-examine, self-correct", self-criticize and criticize, resolutely and thoroughly overcome the limitations and weaknesses of collectives and individuals; effectively carry out breakthroughs, create solid changes in building discipline, law enforcement, discipline and ensuring safety.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Ha Chi Dung requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to regularly do a good job of propaganda and education, raising awareness of the need to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the new situation. Make studying and following Uncle Ho an important content in the action program and plan to implement the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. Agencies and units in each year must identify breakthroughs in new tasks, difficult tasks, limitations and shortcomings, to determine the content and measures to resolutely carry out the tasks successfully.

Agencies and units need to promptly discover and honor advanced examples; build and replicate effective models, good practices, creativity and practicality. Focus on praising, rewarding, replicating and promoting typical collectives and individuals, creating a widespread spread.
