The Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Agencies was established in 1954 and took September 22, 1954 as its traditional day. To date, the Party Committee of the Block has just completed 70 years of construction and development.

The 70th anniversary of the founding of the Party Committee of the Bloc is an opportunity for the Party organization and cadres and Party members in the Bloc to promote patriotic emulation movements, unite, strive to complete and exceed the targets and tasks set by Party congresses at all levels; strive to successfully implement assigned targets and tasks; constantly consolidate and improve the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of Party members in the Bloc.

In recognition of these contributions, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee decided to reward 5 collectives and 10 individuals; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc decided to commend 20 collectives and 50 individuals.

After 4 weeks of launching the contest, 100% of the establishments participated with 96,459 entries. Of which, 78,154 entries achieved the maximum score (accounting for 81%).

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded certificates and prizes to 48 outstanding groups and individuals over the 4 weeks of competition. In each category, there were 3 Third Prizes, 2 Second Prizes, and 1 First Prize.
