Over the past 10 years, the Party Committee and the Military Command of Quang Ngai province have thoroughly grasped Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on national defense and building a strong people's armed forces; focused on leading, directing, organizing, grasping, concretizing, and implementing Directive No. 05 in conjunction with the Campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of being Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new period and annual emulation movements, peak emulation, raids and campaigns of superiors.

The Provincial Military Party Committee directed the organization of 24 sessions of studying political topics, including 17 topics on studying and following Uncle Ho; issued 38 instructions with content on thematic activities for Party cells on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

The study and following of Uncle Ho has been concretized by the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units through specific and diverse models and actions in various fields of work, associated with the implementation of the political tasks of the unit. Up to now, the entire provincial armed forces have implemented 35 effective models, attracting the response and participation of a large number of cadres and party members, contributing to the work of hunger eradication, poverty reduction, social security, new rural construction, and environmental protection.

Through the models, the Quang Ngai Provincial Military has participated in building 1,191 houses for the poor; supported the construction of 40 comrade houses and solidarity houses, with a total value of nearly 3 billion VND; presented 38 breeding cows to policy beneficiaries with a cost of 432 million VND; supported sustainable hunger eradication and poverty reduction for 29 households...

The implementation of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle has contributed to raising the awareness of self-training and striving in each individual and collective, creating a motivation for exciting and effective competition. The awareness of cadres and party members about the meaning and role of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle has been raised. Studying and thematic activities have become routine and solved many practical problems.

On this occasion, the Quang Ngai Provincial Military Party Committee honored 6 collectives and 8 individuals who are exemplary in studying and following Uncle Ho in the period 2016-2025.
