Aiming to support 2,500 women to get breast cancer screening by 2025

On the morning of August 16, the Vietnam Children's Fund coordinated to organize the Love Journey 2025 program, including breast cancer screening and gift giving to disadvantaged children in Bac Ninh province.

On August 16, 2025, at the Bac Ninh Provincial Convention Center, the Vietnam Children's Fund in collaboration with AIA Vietnam Life Insurance Company (AIA Vietnam), the Traffic Police Department and the Department of Health of Bac Ninh province organized the Love Journey 2025 program - a community initiative aiming to take care of women's health and continue the journey of giving love to children in difficult circumstances.

At the program, AIA Vietnam donated more than 350 vehicles and school supplies such as bicycles, school bags, and school supplies with a total value of 310 million VND to disadvantaged children in Bac Ninh province. These gifts are meaningful and practical for children before the new school year begins.

At the program, the Organizing Committee examined and screened for breast cancer for 50 women, and 500 other women in the province will continue to receive support after the program.

The organizers gave gifts and bicycles to encourage and motivate children at the program.

In addition, the program has an in-depth discussion with medical and financial experts; sharing and discussing the current situation of breast cancer in Vietnam; raising awareness and understanding of women about breast cancer; learning about the prevention process, helping women better understand the prevention, early detection of breast cancer and how to access financial protection solutions against serious disease risks.

With the support of the Vietnam Breast Cancer Network, the program aims to raise awareness, promote early screening for breast cancer, and provide knowledge and financial support to women in the community, especially with the disease having the highest incidence rate among cancers in women in Vietnam.

AIA Life Insurance Company Limited (Vietnam) presents symbolic support signs to children in special and difficult circumstances in Bac Ninh province.

By 2025, the Program aims to support at least 2,500 Vietnamese women to receive screening, counseling, and access to appropriate financial solutions. Further, by 2030, the Program aims to support 30,000 women nationwide.
