Sharing at the second discussion session of the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Forum 2025 (VIPF 2025) organized by the Finance - Investment Newspaper on the afternoon of October 29 in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Truong An Duong - CEO of Industrial and Residential Real Estate - Frasers Property Vietnam said that he noticed that there were many differences in the choices of investors.

"There are products that we have to design from the beginning to meet market standards in the next 10-15 years. When long-term investors like Frasers Property enter the Vietnamese market, we also want to create conditions for manufacturers to be able to operate conveniently in the long term, not the short term , " said the CEO of Industrial and Residential Real Estate - Frasers Property Vietnam.
Because in reality, relocation costs more than investing in a production line and investors always have long-term needs rather than short-term. The biggest risk to industrial park development today is that in the global green development trend, investors must have a clear commitment.
"As we have committed to net zero by 2035, our products also aim for this goal," said Mr. Duong. However, there is a difficulty in developing green industrial zones in Vietnam, which is that renewable materials in the Vietnamese market are still limited, making it difficult to reduce costs. For the development of industrial real estate, the current political and economic situation in the world is unstable, and the prices of raw materials are constantly changing...
Therefore, Vietnam should maintain stable policies as well as create favorable conditions for investors to attract resources. In the short term, Vietnam needs to promote infrastructure investment as well as control wastewater treatment in industrial zones. Policy connection between provinces after merger as well as regional linkages should be promoted, instead of provinces competing with each other in attracting FDI capital. Because the current reality shows that there are provinces that are strong in warehouse development, but there are also provinces that are strong in industrial zones.
