Vice Chairman of the Resettlement Committee Tran Hau Ngoc said at a working session with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) led by Deputy Director of the Department of Science, Technology, Training and Environment, MOCST Nguyen Thi Phuong Loan, which took place on November 12, 2025 in Hanoi.
At the working session, Deputy Director Nguyen Thi Phuong Loan said that the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism regularly maintains and disseminates legal documents related to resettlement activities, and at the same time, sends people to participate in the Drafting Committee and Editorial Team of the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations, Law on Product and Goods Quality, etc.
In 2024, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism submitted and announced 15 TCVNs in the fields of culture, sports and tourism (7 TCVNs on culture, 4 TCVNs on sports, 3 TCVNs on tourism). Estimated results of implementation in 2025, for tasks to be implemented from 2024 - implementation must be ensured according to the prescribed schedule, including 06 TCVN development projects/ 06 TCVNs in the fields of cultural heritage, sports and tourism.
For the tasks extended to 2025 - monitor the implementation progress of 06 QCVN/06 QCVN construction projects in the field of physical education and sports. For the tasks implemented in 2025-2026 - ensure implementation according to the prescribed schedule, including 08 TCVN/06 TCVN construction projects in the field of cultural heritage, sports and tourism ...
In addition, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism always sends representatives to closely coordinate with the Trade Remedies Committee in state management activities such as: measurement work; international cooperation activities; TBT work; implementing the tasks of the Notification and Q&A Point of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the TBT Agreement; receiving, reviewing and handling warning notices of the World Trade Organization Committee and the Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade (WTO/TBT); answering questions about TBT from domestic and foreign organizations and individuals...
The two sides proactively proposed solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing resettlement work.
At the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Loan presented the orientation of key tasks for resettlement activities in 2026, emphasizing the implementation of tasks to ensure progress between the National Resettlement Committee (Ministry of Science and Technology) and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The two sides also proactively proposed solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing resettlement work to help further improve coordination efficiency.
Vice Chairman of the Resettlement Committee Tran Hau Ngoc acknowledged and highly appreciated the close and effective coordination between the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Resettlement Committee in resettlement activities, and emphasized the need to maintain a regular and proactive coordination mechanism in implementing activities related to the resettlement field. This will be an important foundation for the two sides to continue to improve management efficiency, contributing to promoting sustainable development in the fields of culture, sports and tourism.
