Towards the 63rd anniversary of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Industry's Traditional Day (November 27, 1961 - November 27, 2024), the entire political system of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group will continue to promote propaganda and education activities to foster traditions, nurture aspirations, strengthen beliefs, promote solutions to penetrate deeply and elevate the culture of Petrovietnam .

The Vietnam Oil and Gas Industry was formed from the great aspirations of the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and the whole nation. During the 63-year journey of accompanying the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) has achieved many proud achievements, becoming an important economic sector, ensuring energy security, food security, economic security, contributing to affirming sovereignty , maintaining the security of the sea and islands of the Fatherland, actively participating in social security activities.

In 2024, with the spirit of "One team, One goal" synchronizing the system, continuously accompanying, and seizing new opportunities, Petrovietnam has maintained stable production and business activities, projects, and factories operating continuously, effectively, and safely, helping the Group complete the assigned plan targets.

During the 63-year journey of accompanying the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, Petrovietnam has achieved many proud achievements, rising to become an important economic sector.

On the occasion of the entire Oil and Gas industry towards the 63rd anniversary of its tradition, the Group, socio-political organizations, and member units will focus on promoting propaganda activities, educating traditions, nurturing aspirations, and strengthening the trust of each cadre, employee, and worker in the Oil and Gas industry, to better understand and trust the Oil and Gas industry in general and the units in particular. At the same time, through propaganda activities, we will continue to promote solutions that penetrate deeply and elevate the Petrovietnam Culture.

Specifically, on this anniversary, works, projects, factories, ships, drilling rigs, and offices will be visually promoted in many forms and with many slogans related to the core values of Petrovietnam Culture "Aspiration, Intelligence, Professionalism, Loyalty"; the motto of action "Solidarity, Discipline, Creativity, Efficiency"; the spirit of "One team, One goal" together towards the goal of "Developing the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group into a National Industry - Energy Group"...

In addition, in the events and activities of the Group, units and organizations, there will be contents to review the traditions of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Industry. From the genius premonition of President Ho Chi Minh to the birth of "Oil Exploration Group 36" on November 27, 1961, associated with important milestones in the history of development full of hardship but also glory. Through these contents, it will help cadres, employees and workers review history, better understand the traditional values and culture of Petrovietnam that have been created and nurtured by generations of "fire seekers" over the past 6 decades.
