On June 2, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee said that at the 24th meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed and concluded a number of contents related to violations at the Department of Health .

Specifically, at the meeting of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, it was pointed out that Mr. Nay Phi La (Provincial Party Committee member, Party Secretary, Director of the Department of Health of Dak Lak province for the 2020-2025 term) was responsible for the disciplinary action of the Party Committee of the Department of Health for the 2020-2025 term.

In addition, Mr. Nay Phi La is also responsible as the head for allowing a number of violations, shortcomings, and defects in the implementation of bidding packages for the procurement of assets, medicines, chemicals, supplies, equipment, and means to prevent the COVID-19 epidemic of the health sector, and a number of cadres and party members violated the law and were disciplined.

Mr. Nay Phi La's shortcomings and violations caused consequences, created negative public opinion among cadres, party members and people, and reduced the prestige of the party organization and the provincial health sector. Based on the content, nature, extent, harm, and cause of Mr. Nay Phi La's shortcomings and violations and comparing the regulations on disciplinary action against party organizations and party members who violated the regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee proposed that the competent party organization consider and enforce disciplinary action.

Also at this session, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed Mr. Ninh Tien Hoang (Party Committee member, Head of Planning and Finance Department, Department of Health).

Accordingly, Mr. Ninh Tien Hoang is responsible, together with the Party Committee of the Department of Health for the 2020-2025 term, for improperly implementing a number of bidding packages for the procurement of medical equipment, supplies, biological products, and test kits for COVID-19 prevention and control from 2020 to March 2022.

In addition, Mr. Nguyen Trung Thanh (Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Department of Health) is responsible, together with the Party Committee of the Department of Health for the 2020-2025 term, for the Party Committee being disciplined; jointly responsible for the violations of the law by a number of cadres and party members of the Party Committee of the Center for Disease Control, who were disciplined.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission concluded that the shortcomings and mistakes of Mr. Ninh Tien Hoang and Mr. Nguyen Trung Thanh were serious enough to require a review and disciplinary action. However, considering the content, nature, extent, harm and cause of the violations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission agreed not to carry out the review and disciplinary action process. At the same time, it requested the two men to seriously review and learn from their mistakes, and not repeat their violations.
