The Chemistry graduation exam consists of 28 multiple choice questions with correct answers, true/false answers and short answers, with a time limit of 50 minutes. In particular, the true/false multiple choice part will have a different scoring method than previous years.

This year's high school graduation exam took place on June 26-27 with more than 1.16 million candidates, including both the old (2006) and new (2018) generaleducation programs.
The group taking the exam under the new program will take 4 subjects, including Math, Literature and two elective subjects (Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography, History, Economic and Legal Education, Information Technology, Technology and Foreign Languages). They will finish the exam this morning.
About 26,700 candidates under the old program took the Natural Science or Social Science exam in the morning and the Foreign Language exam in the afternoon.
High school graduation exam scores will be announced on July 16. Candidates can start registering and adjusting their admission wishes from July 16 to 3:00 p.m. on July 28.
Last year, the average score of more than 346,000 candidates taking the high school graduation exam in Chemistry was 6.68. According to statistics, more than 1,200 students scored 10 points. The highest score a candidate achieved was 7.75. The number of candidates with scores below average was nearly 55,000 (accounting for 15.8%).
