Literature exam for grade 10 in Hanoi in 2025

(Dan Tri) - More than 103,000 candidates in Hanoi took the literature exam for the 10th grade public exam this morning, June 7.

The 10th grade literature exam in Hanoi is said to closely follow the previously announced sample exam.

This afternoon at 2:00 p.m., candidates will take the English exam. At 8:00 a.m. on June 8, general candidates will finish their 10th grade math exam. Candidates taking the specialized exam will continue their exam on June 9.

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training , the admission score for grade 10 this year will not be multiplied by the coefficient of math and literature. Therefore, the maximum total exam score is 30 points, instead of 50 points as in previous years.

It is expected that around July 4-6, the Department will simultaneously announce the exam scores and the 10th grade benchmark scores. 2025 will also be the first year that candidates will know the exam scores and benchmark scores at the same time.

The whole city of Hanoi has more than 103,000 candidates taking the exam, the total quota for public grade 10 is about 81,000.
