Promoting Northwest tourism in Ho Chi Minh City

At the conference to promote tourism in the Northwestern provinces and Ho Chi Minh City on the afternoon of December 4, Mr. Vu A Bang, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dien Bien province, said that the conference is one of the activities to implement the program and cooperation agreement on tourism development between the 8 expanded Northwestern provinces and Ho Chi Minh City in the period of 2020-2025. At the same time, it strengthens the connection and cooperation in developing culture and tourism between the expanded Northwestern provinces and Ho Chi Minh City.

The Northwest region includes 8 provinces: Hoa Binh, Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Phu Tho and Ha Giang. The Northwest possesses rich tourism resources, with majestic nature, unique culture and heroic history.
