Statistics of old provinces and cities show that Vinh Phuc continues to have the highest average high school graduation exam score. Binh Duong ranks 2nd. Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hai Phong are not in the top 10.
According to statistics from 34 new provinces and cities, the ranking position has changed significantly.
