On the afternoon of February 17, at the People's Committee Hall, the People's Council of Dien Ban town passed a Resolution to establish and reorganize specialized agencies under the People's Committee of the town.
The Resolution was discussed and unanimously voted by delegates of the People's Council of Dien Ban town, term XII, 2021 - 2026. Accordingly, it was agreed to establish 04 specialized functional departments under the People's Committee of the town, including:
Establish the Dien Ban Town Department of Home Affairs on the basis of maintaining the functions and tasks of the old Department of Home Affairs; receiving the functions and tasks of labor, salary, employment, meritorious people, occupational safety and hygiene, social insurance, gender equality from the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of the town and tasks related to ethnic affairs from the Office of the People's Council and the People's Committee of the town.
Establish the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dien Ban town on the basis of maintaining the functions and tasks of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of the town; receiving the functions and tasks of agriculture and rural development from the Department of Economy and the functions and tasks of poverty reduction from the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of the town.
Establish the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Dien Ban town on the basis of maintaining the functions and tasks of the Urban Management Department of the town; receiving the functions and tasks of industry and trade from the Economic Department of the town and all functions and tasks of construction and urban order from the Urban Regulation Inspection Team of the town.
Establish the Department of Culture, Science and Information of Dien Ban town on the basis of maintaining the functions and tasks of the Department of Culture and Information of the town; receiving the functions and tasks of science and technology from the Department of Economy of the town.
After reorganization, Dien Ban still has 09 specialized agencies under the People's Committee of the town.
