In Official Dispatch 1592/SCT-QLTM issued on August 4, the Department of Industry and Trade of Dien Bien requested businesses trading and distributing goods to organize "Mobile price stabilization points of sale" in commune centers and concentrated residential areas; or organize "Price stabilization sales trips" to sell goods on mobile routes suitable to the local conditions; prioritizing essential goods such as clothes, blankets, rice, instant noodles, drinking water, cooking oil, salt, fish sauce, canned goods, disinfectants, soap, flashlights, raincoats, and first aid supplies.

Locations for mobile stalls or mobile sales are the communes of Muong Luan, Xa Dung, Na Son, Phinh Giang, Tia Dinh, and Pu Nhi.
In case units and suppliers cannot arrange mobile sales staff, the Department of Industry and Trade recommends coordinating with agents, households, and retail points in communes to increase the number of vehicles transporting goods, ensuring to meet the people's need for essential goods.

Proactively organize multiple channels and sales methods with appropriate quantities of goods, commit to not increasing prices, in order to better serve people's consumption needs, avoid shortages of goods, and cause confusion among consumers.

To ensure convenience for businesses and distributors when bringing goods to flood areas to serve people, the Department of Industry and Trade requests the People's Committees of the communes: Xa Dung, Na Son, Muong Luan, Tia Dinh, Pu Nhi, Phinh Giang to assign a focal point to coordinate, create favorable conditions for mobile sales locations, connection information and ensure safety for people and vehicles participating in transporting and distributing goods.

Along with that, communes need to pay attention to arranging forces and means to support the transportation and distribution of goods of suppliers during the implementation process; at the same time, coordinate with functional forces in the area to control the market price situation, not allowing price hikes and profiteering due to scarcity of essential goods.

Comrade Vu Hong Son, Director of Dien Bien Department of Industry and Trade, said: Along with sending official dispatches and specific instructions, on August 4, the Department made a list of units and arranged specific schedules and locations so that businesses and distributors can proactively bring goods and vehicles into the area.

"On August 5, 5 units including Toan Duyen Distributor, Hoa Ba Education and Trade Services Company Limited, Viet Man Company Limited, Nam Lan Trade and Services Company Limited brought essential goods to Xa Dung, Na Son, Muong Luan, Tia Dinh, Pu Nhi, Phinh Giang communes to serve the people with mobile sales vehicles and booths," added comrade Vu Hong Son.

On the afternoon of August 4, upon receiving the dispatch and instructions from the Department of Industry and Trade, Hoa Ba Education and Trade Services Company Limited urgently arranged essential items such as instant noodles, cakes, candies, cooking oil, fish sauce, MSG, rice, clothes, sandals, hats... to transport to Pa Vat village, Muong Luan commune to serve the people.

Mr. Nguyen Chi Ba, Director of Hoa Ba Education and Trade Services Company Limited said: Bringing goods to the village, the company commits to selling them at the same price as the supermarket in the center to serve people in flood and natural disaster areas.
