In his opening remarks, Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Ngoc Dao emphasized: In the context of rapid digital transformation and increasing risks to cybersecurity , live-fire exercises are crucial for realistically testing and evaluating the defense capabilities, coordination, and incident response abilities of the relevant forces. He urged participating teams to strictly adhere to regulations, demonstrate a sense of responsibility, and proactively handle the presented scenarios effectively.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, delegates and trainees received training to enhance their knowledge and skills in identifying common cyberattack threats, methods, and tactics; they were also guided on using technical tools and solutions in preventing and responding to cybersecurity incidents.
According to the plan, the exercise will take place over two days (December 22-23), in conjunction with a cybersecurity incident response exercise in the province. The Ca Mau Provincial Electronic Information Portal was selected as the target of the exercise, as it is one of the important information systems serving the province's leadership, management, and official information dissemination.
Participants attended the training to enhance their knowledge and skills in information security, tools, and solutions for preventing and combating cyberattacks.
Through the drills, agencies and units promptly identify technological, procedural, and human resource vulnerabilities; thereby proposing solutions to overcome them, enhance response capabilities, and ensure the safety and security of critical information systems, effectively serving the development of digital government, digital economy , and digital society in the province.
