It is known that Ho Ho Hydropower Plant has developed a natural disaster response plan for 2023 and the plan has been approved by Ho Bon Hydropower Joint Stock Company.
The factory has also developed an emergency response plan and sent it to the departments of Ha Tinh and Quang Binh provinces for comments. In Ha Tinh , the plan was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in May 2023.
