According to GSMArena , the final 9K of the IP69K standard means that the Nokia XR21 can withstand close-range sprays, high pressure, and high temperatures. The device is equipped with a 6.49-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. This screen works with gloves and wet hands, and is covered with Corning's toughest glass available, Gorilla Glass Victus.

Inside, the phone is powered by a Snapdragon 695 chip paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There are two cameras on the back, including a 64MP f/1.8 main camera and an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera. On the front is a 16MP selfie camera with an f/2.5 aperture.
The phone is equipped with a 4,800 mAh battery with 33W fast charging, but the device only ships with Android 12. Nokia promises 4 years of monthly security updates and 3 major Android OS upgrades.
The Nokia XR21 comes in Midnight Black and Pine Green colours, starting at £499 in the UK. It will be available from early June, but it's unclear if HMD Global plans to roll it out to international markets.
