According to the notice, a parent named HXT had a message in the Zalo group of the 12th grade with content that affected the reputation of the school. Upon receiving this feedback, Lac Long Quan High School invited Mr. T. to work many times to hear an explanation but he did not cooperate. On September 7, the school sent a homeroom teacher to Mr. T.'s house to discuss and convey the invitation of the board of directors to Mr. T., but to date, Mr. T. has not come to work.

Therefore, on September 25, the school sent a notice to Mr. T., inviting him to arrange time to work with the school's board of directors before September 29.

"After the above time, if you do not come to work, the school will refuse toeducate students of HHG - class 12A3", the school's announcement was signed and sealed by Mr. Dinh Quang Dung, Principal of Lac Long Quan High School.

Regarding the above incident, Mr. T. (parent of student G.) said that on August 26, in the Zalo chat group of the Parents' Association of class 12A3, Lac Long Quan High School, a parent, Mr. A., expressed his opinion about resigning from the position of President of the Parents' Association of class 12A3 from the 2023-2024 school year. Explaining this, Mr. A. said that because he had previously pointed out some irregularities in the school's non-transparent collection and disbursement of the parent fund, the school had put pressure on the homeroom teacher and him personally.

After Mr. A. presented, Mr. T. commented that the school's actions were dishonest and disrespectful to the opinions of the students' parents. "I don't think a school that trains future generations would have such bad actions, suppressing the right, covering up the wrong...", Mr. T. texted in the Zalo group.

According to Mr. T., shortly after that, he was invited to work at the school, but due to personal reasons, he could not attend. "On the evening of October 3, the family received a call from the homeroom teacher informing them that the school had withdrawn my daughter from school the following day. After a day off at home, on the evening of October 4, the homeroom teacher called and told her that my daughter could continue to go to school. The school is like a market, letting her stay at home if she wants, and letting her go to school if she wants. I hope that the relevant departments will get involved to clarify the school's revenue and expenditure issues, it cannot be left ambiguous like this," Mr. T. added.

It is known that, regarding the notice "threatening" to expel students sent to Mr. T., on October 4, Mr. Dinh Quang Dung, Principal of Lac Long Quan High School, responded to the press: "We did not invite parents to work on the issue of questioning the revenue and expenditure, but because the teachers in the class group sent messages with content that insulted the honor of the school. Parents send their children to an environment that parents say the school is dishonest, sending their children without knowing what their children will do in the future. And we have to work clearly."

However, on the morning of October 5, Thanh Nien called Mr. Dinh Quang Dung, Principal of Lac Long Quan High School, many times to clarify the basis for "threatening" to expel student G., but this person did not answer the phone; text messages also received no response.
