Towards the 134th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2024), the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024) and the 61st anniversary of the first issue of Lao Cai Newspaper (April 10, 1963 - April 10, 2024), at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House, Lao Cai Ward (Lao Cai City), the delegation of cadres and civil servants of Lao Cai Newspaper offered incense and flowers to the spirit of the great President Ho Chi Minh .

Lao Cai Newspaper published its first issue on April 10, 1963. Throughout its history, under the glorious flag of the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam founded and trained by Uncle Ho, Lao Cai Newspaper has overcome all difficulties and challenges, constantly growing and developing.

Promoting the revolutionary tradition of the Party, the tradition of the Vietnamese revolutionary press, throughout its history, Lao Cai Newspaper has always done a good job of disseminating information and propaganda on the Party's guidelines, policies, Resolutions, policies and laws of the State; actively participated in launching and organizing patriotic emulation movements, discovering and promoting typical and advanced collectives and individuals. Lao Cai Newspaper has always been worthy of being the organ of the Lao Cai Provincial Communist Party Committee, the voice of the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in Lao Cai Province.

Over the past 61 years, Lao Cai Newspaper has been awarded the First Class Labor Medal, Second Class Labor Medal, Third Class Labor Medal by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; twice awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister; twice awarded the Emulation Flag of the Government; many times awarded the Emulation Flag by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and received many Certificates of Merit from the Ministries, Central branches and the province. Many cadres and civil servants of the unit were awarded the Labor Medal by the President, Certificates of Merit by the Prime Minister and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, won many high awards in writing competitions launched by the province, ministries and branches. More than 30 generations of cadres and civil servants of the unit were awarded the "For the cause of Vietnamese journalism" Medal.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegation expressed their respect and infinite gratitude for his great contributions, the genius leader of the Party and the People, a great revolutionary journalist and teacher of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism.
In a sacred, respectful, grateful and proud atmosphere of Uncle Ho, the delegation vowed to forever study and follow his noble ideology, morality and style.
