Champasak province delegation visits Prime Minister Pham Van Dong Memorial Site

(Baoquangngai.vn)- During a visit and work in Quang Ngai , on the afternoon of September 13, the delegation of the Lao Front for National Construction Committee of Champasak province visited and paid tribute to Prime Minister Pham Van Dong.

The delegation from Champasak province was led by Vatsana Silima, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Chairman of the Lao Front for National Construction Committee of Champasak province. Accompanying him was Nguyen Ba Minh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Champasak province.

* In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation also visited Lao students studying at Dang Thuy Tram Medical College. On behalf of the delegation, comrade Vatsana Silima expressed his gratitude to the school's Board of Directors for creating conditions, supporting and training Lao students over the years.

Meeting and visiting Lao students studying at the school, Comrade Vatsana Silima hoped that Lao students would strive to study well so that they can return to serve the country in the future. He advised the students to strictly follow the school's regulations and local laws. On this occasion, the delegation presented gifts to Lao students.

Dang Thuy Tram Medical College has been recruiting and training Lao students since 2019. The number of Lao students studying at the school peaked at 130 in 2021. Currently, the school is training more than 20 students from 4 provinces of Laos, including Champasak province.
